I have 

yum WBEL-updates file:/mirrors/wbel/updates
yum WBEL3 file:/mirrors/wbel/os/i386
yum WBEL3-Extras file:/mirrors/wbel/extras

in my /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources file and that seems to work fine.
