We are now moving away from Highpoint, but I would like to know if anyone
else has had headaches with them running single drives in WBEL?  Our read
speeds fluctuated all over and the overall performance was dreadful.  We saw
the same problem on Fedora and it continued on both even after changing the
cards and the drives.  

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this and if so if they ever found a
solution because we still have one server with a Highpoint card in it and I
would rather not take it offline if I can just compile a new driver or make
another change.
