You may check outstanding WB packages by:

rpm -qa | grep WB

and decide if you need to replace them by TL (CentOS) packages by hand.

If Morris (David, CentOS people) change the names of their packages when
altering them you should be able to track any difference between RHEL3,
WhiteBox, Tao, CentOS, Lineox, Fermi Science Linux, X/OS or another
RHEL3 clone.

This mean you should have no troubles with mixing them together (as I do
too).
