If CPAN isn't working due to ftp being blocked by the firewall, edit =
your libnet.cfg=20
(/<some @INC directory>/Net/libnet.cfg) and set 'ftp_int_passive' =3D> =
1.  This will enable libnet to use a passive FTP connection.
