     Similar to my setup! I experience the same issue, but only under a real
load
will it panic, Mostly on Clamscan. I am kinda interested in the reply to
this
one. I am totally updated using yum.

        I feel mine might be a memory problem though. I have another
system that is
a samba file server that runs like a top.
