[WBEL-users] Would like to open a new Mirror site - who should I contact

HI group,

I would like to add a new mirror site - as I have a server that has minimal 
activity on it and it can be used to benefit the community.
Who should I contact to setup the mirror site?
Who is in charge of the maintanence or updates of the distribution download 
files?
Is it synching automatically?
Any pointers about this?

The server is located in Israel.
