Since I live in Wisconsin one unofficial mirror that I use is
http://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/linux/whiteboxlinux.org/

It may be worthwhile seeing if they want to be listed as an official
mirror by e-mailing mirror-contact@cs.wisc.edu.
