[WBEL-users] rsync capable mirrors in Asia

are still alive. They are located in Saitama, Japan.  More than 300 Mbps 
Band Width is available.  We were rsync'ing to mirror.physics.ncsu.edu 
until the last day (2nd. Jan. 2005).  I have switched rsync target to 
rsync.gtlib.cc.gatech.edu::whitebox  just before and so for working fine. 
Is this (gatech) a correct primary rsync server of WBEL now ?
