Since you were asking about WBEL / RHEL - I was under the impression you
would also want to say with the release cycle from RHEL.

You can get / build / install any kernel you like. The kernel version on
the RHEL update list, however, is 2.4.21-27.0.2.

You might want to read into the issues before doing a custom kernel,
specially if the Redhat back-ported features are important to you.
