[WBEL-users] RPC: Can't encode arguments

Hi,
 
I have just setup a NIS server, everything is fine. Except that when I
try to change user passwd, it shows
 
 
RPC:Can't encode arguments
The password has not been changed on server
Passwd:Failed preliminary check by password service.
 
I try to use the Graphic tools User manager, click on the user
properties, the properties window just don't pop up.
 
May I know how to solve this problem.
