[WBEL-users] Trying to install yum on wbel 4

I believe the point is that yum won't read it unless it is
/etc/yum.repos.d/wbelmirrors.repo.  Yum does a glob of the
/etc/yum.repos.d file for just the *.repo files.

I haven't installed WBEL4 yet to try, but from what I know of yum it
shouldn't work in the current state.
