Oh crap.  Just shoot me for being an idiot.  There it is in yum.conf. 
Ok.  Guess I gotta get a new set of knownbugs posted on the webpage
ASAP.  Next time I guess I need to issue some errata for the RC just to
be able to test yum & up2date.
