I believe it is quite hard to find more non-trivial fault than copyright 
infringement. Mere search-replace and changing the copyright owner's 
name doesn't make otherwise verbatim copying legal.

Distribution of the original EULA is of course allowed and replacing it 
with another original work as well.

(EULA is now at ftp://up2date.eadem.com/pub/eadem/3AS/i386/os/EULA and 
it is a bit better edited.)
