You'll need to install the kernel-unsupported package - it contains 
(among other things):

/lib/modules/2.4.21-20.0.1.EL/unsupported/drivers/net/smc-ultra.o
/lib/modules/2.4.21-20.0.1.EL/unsupported/drivers/net/smc-ultra32.o

Note that this package isn't actually another kernel, but a collection 
of kernel modules.
