Edit your /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources file and add:
yum dag-el3 http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el3/en/i386/dag/
to the end of the file. Next, import Dag's GPG Key:
rpm --import http://apt.sw.be/packages/RPM-GPG-KEY.dag.txt
Then do a 'up2date xmms-mp3' to get the xmms-mp3 package, or up2date
xmms* to get all the extras.
