If you've upgraded to 3.0, You should have read the UPGRADE text
included in the distro. You have to stop the spmd (if it's running),
run sa-learn --rebuild, compile and install SA 3.0, and then run
sa-learn --sync, because SA has switched to Berkeley DB 3 format for
the Bayesian databases, and the data from the previous version has to
be resynced. Also, note that sa-learn --rebuild won't work no more.
