[WBEL-users] Squid recompile

RPM.org has a HOWTO that's somewhat outdated, but should get you
started.  IBM has a three-part guide that is a bit more in-depth
(http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/library/l-rpm1/), but probably
only applies if you're rolling your own RPM from scratch.
