Yep, belnet and esat seem to have a bad copy.

mirror.cpsc.ucalgary.ca seems to have a workable copy too.

you can also try bittorrent to save yourself the trouble, there are
machines still seeding after downloading 100% of the torrent out there,
perhaps not 24/7 although I'm working on that.
